Rates
We work hard, and we ain’t cheap.
$55/hr - $85/hr
*Based on required skills & tools needed for the job.
An administrative fee of $30 is added during our final billing process.
Mileage fees: We charge for gas used driving to + from your location. Calculations are based on individual vehicle mileage + current gas prices.
Hourly rates do NOT include cost for materials/supplies, waste removal, travel fees, tool rentals, etc.
We reserve the right to work carefully and take our time. If you’re in a rush, please consider seeking alternative support. We’re no good under pressure!
Stuff we don’t do:
Moving support, snow removal, grading/pouring concrete, major structural work, roofing, pet care, electrical work, window glazing, extensive plumbing, chimney sweeping, reseeding/grading lawns, refinishing hardwood floors, wallpaper projects, hanging new doors, large-scale exterior house painting, lawn maintenance, professional gardening/landscaping, wall-2-wall carpeting, and anything requiring a permit!
